At Quivscyx, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following return policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers.

1. Fresh Flower Arrangements

1.1 Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing the highest quality fresh flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will request photos of the arrangement and work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

1.2 Lifespan Expectations

Fresh flowers are natural products with a limited lifespan. While we select the freshest blooms available, we cannot guarantee a specific vase life beyond 3 days from delivery. Proper care instructions are provided with each arrangement to maximize longevity.

2. Event Floral Services

For wedding and event flowers, the following policies apply:

2.1 Deposits

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your date. This deposit cannot be returned if you cancel your event.

2.2 Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your order may be accommodated up to 14 days before your event, subject to flower availability and season. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will be charged 50% of the total order value. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged in full.

3. Plant Purchases

3.1 Live Plants

Live plants are covered by a 7-day guarantee. If your plant shows signs of decline within 7 days of purchase (excluding damage due to improper care), please contact us with photos for a replacement or store credit.

3.2 Plant Care

Each plant comes with specific care instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may void the guarantee. Evidence of neglect, pest infestation introduced after purchase, or improper growing conditions will not be eligible for returns.

4. Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items such as vases, planters, and gift items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if in original condition with packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the delivery (for items requiring signature), we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

5.2 Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the specified time windows, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
